While our building partner work diligently on creating a beautiful house for the multigenerational family, the rest of our team along with an expert team of real estate professionals works hard to protect your principal and maximize returns by preselling the house and securing 20% non-refundable deposit.
4. Upon completion of the project the property goes to a multigenerational family in the DC metro area and all of our investors receive profit distributions in a given quarter, helping them build a diversified portfolio of cash-flowing professionally managed real estate assets.
