1.    We source potential investments from a wide range of sources. We apply proprietary algorithms & underwriting techniques, selecting only 10% of investments that have the highest potential for generating expected returns.

2.   Working closely with our building partners we ensure the sitework, permits and ideal designs are selected for the property. A 3D rendering of the final product is created to pre-sell the property early in the build process.

3.   While our building partner work diligently on creating a beautiful house for the multigenerational family, the rest of our team along with an expert team of real estate professionals works hard to protect your principal and maximize returns by preselling the house and securing 20% non-refundable deposit.

4. Upon completion of the project the property goes to a multigenerational family in the DC metro area and all of our investors receive profit distributions in a given quarter, helping them build a diversified portfolio of cash-flowing professionally managed real estate assets.
